Paul has a wealth of experience in the Construction Industry having spent more than a decade leading many high-profile projects, including numerous claims for private and commercial clients.
He has a BSc in both Psychology and Quantity Surveying as well as an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. He has won coveted awards for his industry and been published by leading institutions and journals. He is also a Board Member within the CIOB and the City of London Chamber of Commerce.
He is a passionate professional and has a close understanding of project cost controls and both the contracting and procurement processes.
Ashley Crawford
Managing Director / Senior Claims Consultant
Ashley is an internationally experienced consultant. In order to perform his role as effectively as possible, there is a requirement to remain hands-on and understanding of all and any updates to industry commercial and claims management, as such he continues to provide consultancy services on a part-time basis only.
Ashley has come from a major projects background. He has commercial and legal qualifications and a vast variety of experience to enhance his ability to deal with commercial matters and major construction claims and disputes. He has excellent experience of dealing with complex claims and contractual/legal issues and in determining strategy.
