Project Planning & Scheduling
Our planning and scheduling team prepares programmes at all stages of a project – from bid, to on-site progress to retrospective forensic for use in disputes. We will advise you on how to prepare contract compliant programmes, report progress on as-built programmes, manage critical path and float activities and the records to keep in case a claim situation arises.
Perform Earned Value and project specific reporting that measures against the KPI’s (key performance indicators), key milestones & production rates (planned vs actual)
Creation of resource loaded Tender Programmes, a detailed logistics plan and methodology document to better explain the sequencing and build phases
Creation of Baseline Construction Programmes, which are properly logic linked and sufficiently broken down to use as both a management tool and as a means of measuring progress
Programme monitoring, updating, re-baselining and project support
