Chelsea Bridge Wharf is a collection of more than 1,000 modern apartments, completed in 2018. The buildings were clad in a similar non-fire proof and combustable material as Grenfell Tower.

The project invoved re-cladding the  buildings with safer material.

CostPro were engaged after our Client (the Facade contractor) was being withheld payments owing. Our remit was to prepare a claim for the Final Account which ultimately ended up in adjudication, which CostPro managed on behalf of our Client.
