On the site of the former Goldhawk public house in Shepherd’s Bush, ten new apartments have been created behind the retained front Victorian facade. Our Client had suffered delay and disruption for a multiple of reasons which were no fault of their own. It was CostPro's role to investigate the records and project details, and prepare a commercial strategy to recover the time and money.
