One of the most striking developments on the central London’s skyline has reached its highest point with a topping out on the 19th floor. The £400 million mixed-use Triptych Bankside comprises three distinctive sweeping towers, with 169 luxury apartments in two blocks, 80,000 sq ft of prime grade A commercial space in a nine-storey building, plus 9,900 sq ft of retail.
CostPro were engaged to prepare an Initial Report which reviewed the commercial status of the project and provided an opinion on our Client's entitlement to recovery of its losses. Subsequent to our positive position put forward in the Initial Report, CostPro were further engaged to prepare the Claim, and lead the Adjudication thereafter.
We achieved a successful interim settlement for our Client halfway through the adjudication, which they therefore withdrew from.
